Impartiality Statement
我司為全面貫徹《檢驗檢測機構資質認定評審準則》《檢測和校準實驗室能力認可準則》(CNAS-CL01:2018(ISO/IEC 17025:2017)) 及相關檢測領域的應用說明、相關法律法規等要求，保證本公司檢測工作質量和服務水平，為社會提供優質高效的檢測服務，特作如下聲明：
In order to fully implement the "Accreditation Criteria for China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval(CMA)", "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (CNAS-CL01:2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) " and the application guides related to the testing field, as well as relevant laws and regulations, and in order to ensure the quality of our company's testing service, to provide the society with high-quality and efficient testing services, we hereby declare as follows:
1. 嚴格遵守國家相關法律法規的規定，遵循客觀獨立、公平公正、誠實信用原則，恪守職業道德，承擔社會責任，履行法律義務，承擔法律責任。
1. Strictly follow the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness and integrity, uphold professional ethics, take social responsibilities, fulfill legal obligations and bear legal responsibilities.
2. 本公司對檢測活動的公正性負責，我司全體人員獨立于其出具的檢驗檢測數據以及結果所涉及的利益相關各方，堅持獨立實驗、獨立判斷，檢測活動不受任何相關方的不良影響。本公司管理層保證不對檢測員施加任何行政、商業等干預，保證出具的檢測數據和結果的真實、客觀、準確、完整。
2. Our company is responsible for the impartiality of the testing activities. All personnel of our company are independent of the testing data and results and all parties involved. All personnel of our company adhere to the independent experiments and independent judgments,and ensure that testing activities are not adversely affected by any related parties. The management of our company guarantees not to impose any administrative or commercial interference on the testers, ensuring that the testing data and results are true, objective, accurate and complete.
3. 對所有客戶均持科學、公正的態度，獨立開展檢測工作，堅持公平和無歧視的服務原則。對客戶提供的檢測和校準方法、技術要求、說明書以及委托合同和協議等與檢測相關的所有文件及受檢實物、檢測結果均列入實驗室保密范疇。絕不用客戶的技術和資料從事技術開發和技術服務。本公司對客戶信息泄露承擔法律責任。
3. We maintain a scientific and impartial attitude towards all clients, conducting testing work independently and adhering to principles of fairness and non-discrimination in service. All documents related to testing and calibration provided by clients, including methods, technical requirements, instructions as well as entrusted contracts and agreements, and all physical items and test results are included within the laboratory's confidentiality scope. We will never use our clients' technology and materials for technological development and technical services. Our company bears legal responsibility for any leakage of clients’ confidential information.
4. 本公司持續識別影響公正性的風險，進行風險分析，實施相應的管理。
4. Our company continuously identifies risks that may affect impartiality, conducts risk analysis and takes appropriate management measures.
5. 本公司保證不使用同時在兩個及兩個以上檢測機構從業的人員；公司及其人員不得與其從事的檢驗檢測活動以及出具的數據和結果存在利益關系。
5. Our company ensures that it does not employ personnel who work simultaneously in two or more testing institutions; the company and the personnel must not have any interest relationship with the testing activities they engage in, as well as the data and results they produce.
6. 本公司及其人員對其出具的檢驗檢測報告結果負責，依法承擔相應的民事、行政和刑事法律責任。
6. Our company and its personnel are responsible for the results of the testing and inspection reports issued, and shall bear the corresponding civil, administrative and criminal legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
